Directions: The 10 sections in the Wellness Wheel represent different aspects of your life. It measures your level of satisfaction in these areas on the day you worked through this exercise. It is not a picture of how it has been in the past or what you want it to be in the future. It is a snapshot taken in the moment. It is not a report card on how well you have performed or what you have achieved. The emphasis is on your level of satisfaction in each area. The wheel shows you what balance in your life looks like.
Instruction of the wellness wheel:
1. Please rate your level of satisfaction (10 meaning highly fulfilled and zero meaning not fulfilled) in each of the areas by placing a dot in that particular section.
2. Draw a line connecting the dots.
Looking at your wheel, what surprised you? What area(s) of your life do you want to make a small change?
